ABOUT US
Encore ADHC opened its doors in August 2017 to serve the community members of Lexington, Kentucky. With over a decade of experience working in the adult day care industry, our staff members have a passion for serving the aging adult community. Encore is committed to providing an engaging and interactive experience every day. We place an emphasis on safety so ensuring proper medical care is our top priority. This has shaped our program here at Encore, into a well rounded program for all participants. Our staff and medical personnel on site keep up with everything from doctor's appointments to medications while our participants are free to enjoy a wide range of activities, games, and even community field trips. We want you to be part of our community here at Encore and enjoy each and every day with us!

Provide medical assistance: health monitoring, blood pressure, heart rate, blood sugar, weight and other daily vitals
- Preventive care immunization, insulin injections, and medication administration.

Personal Care
Our center provides help with hygiene, food intake, timely medication intake, toileting, and/or ambulating and other personal activities of daily living
Activities
Physical: aerobics, stretch & tone, range of motion, movement to music, and other activities.
Cognitive: computer classes, word games, crosswords challenges, bingo, domino, wheel of fortune, proverbs, language classes, drawing.
Social: Crafts, cooking show, field trips, board games, holiday and birthday celebrations, music therapy, beauty classes
